KULTUR SAKKYNDIGARBEID/CULTURAL EXPERT WORK

Vi gir kultursakkyndige vurderinger i saker der kulturforståelse er avgjørende. Dette innebærer formidling av relevant kulturkunnskap både om opprinnelseskulturen og om den enkelte familie, med særlig fokus på barnet.
Gjennom vårt arbeid bidrar vi også til at rettsaktører blir mer bevisste på hvordan egne tolkninger og vurderinger kan være kulturelt farget.
Vi tar oppdrag som kultursakkyndige for Oslo tingrett og andre domstoler.
